Righteous, Leon!
The trem on the Ampeg sounds great in that, and the Diablo offers up a seriously tasty solo tone. I still get misty eyed when I think how cool the trem is in the old Magnatone you have (the one you brought to the Thorn shop party a couple of years ago that looks like a refugee from a 1960s science lab)... I have been thinking lately about how much I really *need* an amp that has a sweet tube trem. It has me daydreaming about a Swart, but I'm not sure where this AAS will land me.

Thanks Jim and Mike - Jim, that variety of Magnatone (it's a 260 but mine is branded PANaramic) doesn't feature tremolo (amplitude modulation):
it's actually real vibrato - frequency modulation. Not all Magnatones feature vibrato, but the better known models do - the 213, 260, 280, 413,
440, 450, 460, 480, M8, M10, M13, M15 and a number of other models. I've had a variety of Maggies over the last five years and I've done youtube vids
of many of them; you can find them here: Leon's Youtube channel

Nice. WHat is the back up from? Or did you overdub a lot?

Thanks Jimmy - I did the backup tracks. I use Cakewalk Sonar with plugins for drum sounds (Battery) and other instruments (Edirol).

Niiiiiiice. Please announce if you're ever playing in the LA area (I'm near the south bay area - Gardena, Torrance, Inglewood, etc). I'd like to
come out and support/hear you play live.

Thanks very much. I'll try to remember to mention something. These days we play almost exclusively at private parties...but my funk band does play out from
time to time: www.funkinaband.com
